Market Research Launched

Network Rail has launched a second phase of market research into a Forth Bridge visitor’s experience to back up early stage feasibility study findings.

The new survey, launched on Tuesday 27 August, is accessible via a newly launched project website www.forthbridgeexperience.com. It aims to establish the most attractive visitor options and obtain a greater understanding of customer knowledge and expectations. Results will be revealed at a later stage on the project website.

The website, launched to coincide with the public announcement of the feasibility study contains artist impressions of the proposals, a 3D flythrough of the visitor options and an executive summary of the feasibility study findings. Content will be updated regularly when new information about the proposal is available.
